We say Buongiorno to Jamie Vardy and his family on this September morning in England. He's now an honorary Italian, so this is probably the way to go! In all seriousness, we are wondering how the Leicester City legend's life is moving forward in mainland Europe. How are the famous English footballing family settling in over there? Does Cremona in the beautiful Lombardy region agree with them all? How's the footy going? What have they been up to in general? And how are the locals treating them? Ciao Vardy - how's it going in Italy per voi ragazzi?

Ciao, Jamie Vardy - what's happening at the Leicester City hero's latest club and in his new life?

Just incase you were wondering, this is how you say "Vardy's on fire, your defence is terrified!" in Italian, as well as "Vardy's having a party!":

"Vardy è in fiamme, la tua difesa è terrorizzata! Vardy sta organizzando una festa!"

You're welcome. But JV10 unfortunately didn't manage a debut goal. All jokes aside, the Vardys are said to have been learning some of the language that now surrounds them. In true 'Vardinho' style, though, Jamie and Rebekah aren't apparently going for the formal lingual. No.

"Vardy's next match is at home, the Stadio Giovanni Zini. He will be hoping to impress the faithful and find the net!"
Foxes of Leicester

According to GOAL, the retired international striker is hard at work studying the “colourful swear words” of the prepossessing mother tongue. Never change, Vards!

A source in The Sun, of all places, described him as a polymath in this regard. That's a bit of a stretch! I won't tell you his favourite expletive, because FanSided might sack me!

In the meantime they live on Lake Garda; which isn't as exclusive to reside at as some people may imagine. Although, it is if you choose a £2million villa as the household has.

The Vardys are supposedly 'loving a picturesque lifestyle' in their new home. They have made friends too, which is nice for us Foxes fans to hear. Some of the Cremonese lads are already bang on the Red Bulls too!

Yet Jamie's family haven't joined him in Italy full-time as of now:

"They're not here yet at this moment. You have to go through all the procedures to get visas and things like that. But they're really looking forward to it. A real buzz and excitement, especially with getting to learn a new language as well. So, as a whole, we can't wait."
