Leicester City may have been dealt a rather unfortunate hand going into the challenging fixture with a high-flying Middlesbrough. Indeed, box-to-box midfield man Jordan James has received a suspected injury blow. The Wales international was withdrawn against Blackburn Rovers at the weekend.

Meanwhile another two crucial Foxes have been spoken of prior to the clash with Rob Edwards' men in midweek. Will attacking midfielder, or No.10, Aaron Ramsey be back for the Boro visit? And is Jeremy Monga now unavailable or fit again, as we search for credible return dates? Marti Cifuentes certainly needs his prime talent available at the moment!

Getting it right

The one-time Queens Park Rangers manager must be closer to his best starting lineup on this occasion. The Blue Army can see through unnecessary rotation and playing unfavorable favourites, etcetera. For example, we seem to be handed a different, inept striker to criticise every single game

In addition to that element, many members of the LCFC fan base appeared to jeer some of the substitutions the gaffer was making against the Lancashire side on Saturday lunchtime. Having the correct personnel on the pitch and the right subs on the bench is, of course, vital for the potentially taxing Middlesbrough match.

Aaron Ramsey and Jeremy Monga's reported Leicester City return dates emerge

Monga may have lost his place to Stephy Mavididi for the Blackburn contest regardless of his recent fitness concern. However, Mavididi is so badly off the pace, or unconfident, that the former could well be involved from the start again. I would go with Monga if he's ready once more.

"Jeremy Monga is expected to be available to rejoin the squad, but it's not thought the 16-year-old will come straight back into the starting line-up, with Stephy Mavididi to continue on the left wing."

In the meantime, Ramsey will sadly spend some time on the sidelines. The Burnley loanee was just getting going after an atrocious red card marred his City debut. The 22-year-old is likely out for 'some weeks', says his boss. The actually positive James report is below:

"JJ had to be subbed because he was struggling with his lower back, he was in a lot of pain and there was no sense to risk him when we have another game on Tuesday."
