Leicester City's starting XI that starts the final game of the Championship season will likely be very different to the one that lines up for the first game of the brand-new League One campaign.
Indeed, there's little to no chance that Abdul Fatawu will be plying his trade in the third tier, with all the Premier League interest in his services, while Jordan James will also be eyeing a move up the divisions.
Moreover, faces such as Harry Winks will surely be moved on at the earliest possible opportunity, to appropriately balance the books, and get rid of underperformers on obscenely bloated wages.
All this rebuilding will likely see some Leicester starlets be given a chance to impress, falling down to League One, after two seasons on the spin of senior individuals letting the club down.
The Leicester youngsters who could benefit from relegation
It appears, heading into next season, that Sammy Baybrooke will be a consistent first-team presence, having mastered League Two, out on loan with Chesterfield, this campaign.
The promising 22-year-old is surely deserving of a chance in the Leicester senior ranks; therefore, with two goals and four assists next to his name in the lowly division, not telling the full story, with nine big chances in total also created. With James returning to Rennes, Baybrooke could fill his creative void nicely.

Looking more inward at the U21s who have been present behind the scenes, while Baybrooke had his breakout moment at the Spireites, Kirsten Ochere could also be in with a great chance of first-team minutes, having bagged nine goals for the U21s this season as a lethal finisher.
Both Amani Richards and Lorenz Hutchinson have a combined nine goals in the U21 scene, too, with the future at Leicester arguably bright, even if the current on-field mess would suggest, otherwise.
There is another starlet who could also benefit from relegation, that is yet to be mentioned, as he remains modest about his potential exposure to the men's ranks.
The modest starlet who could be set for first team chances
Jake Evans hasn't quite been the most convincing performer for Northampton Town this season, out on loan from Leicester.
Indeed, while he hasn't featured for the Foxes at all this season at a senior level, he will end his own 2025/26 campaign with a relegation, having unfortunately been on the books of the Cobblers as they sink to League Two.
With only two league goals next to his name during this miserable spell at Sixfields, he will certainly be coming back to the King Power more hardened, at only 17 years of age.

He could be near the first team ranks, regardless of this indifferent Cobblers stint, considering Evans does have a fantastic goalscoring record for the Leicester U18s and U21s, with 30 goals from 56 outings in these age brackets.
Evans has remained humble about his first-team chances next season, though, with the teenager not ruling out another formative loan spell at Northampton, to further get him up to speed with the men's game.
He said: "I’d never say no to coming back here. It’s my hometown club and it's my local team.
I need to give it my best shot at Leicester in pre-season first because I didn’t have the best pre-season last year, maybe I thought it was going to be too easy after coming off a few appearances in the Premier League.
"But coming here and playing men’s football has been the best thing for my development. It feels a bit weird that Leicester have gone down to League One to be honest but I’ve got to give it my best shot there and that’s what I’ve said to Col (Colin Calderwood)."
Clearly a popular and mild-mannered kid, he could fit into the new-look Foxes team next season, as youth is perhaps prioritised, over big egos.
