Leicester City Football Club's Blue Army fan base are currently back on the Foxes roller coaster. The journey had stopped so that the currently long-suffering support could ride a vertical drop rollercoaster. Oblivion is a good word to describe LCFC's plight over the past four or so years since winning the FA Cup. Free fall. Spiralling.

But City are apparently not a lost cause. Not at all. That's because super chairman Aiyawatt 'Khun Top' Srivaddhanaprabha has now sprung into life in order to rescue the club. Wow; aren't we lucky? I might ask what's been on his mind for that spell, and where's he been exactly? Nevertheless, in spite of my sarcasm and skepticism - the owner has promised to right the wrongs which fans so often talked of. I suppose he is entitled to a chance here.

A starting point for repairing relationships is, supposedly, communication. I would argue that compiling the necessary squad to send us back to the bright lights and prestige of Premier League football is paramount. That is, providing that finances won't get us into any more trouble!

So the East Midlands outfit must therefore ensure that the rather large roster is trimmed. Without Jon Rudkin in place, we could have reportedly accepted lower bids for unwanted players prior. Hopefully that unnecessarily stubbornness evaporates amid his role switch. This may allow more appropriate personnel to be acquired.

In the meantime, Leicester are set to listen to transfer offers for partially revitalised centre back Caleb Okoli. If clubs do indeed try to sign the City defender, even on loan as is speculated, the Leicester recruitment department will supposedly accept reasonable offers. So what's the score with the Italian?

Caleb Okoli not wanted at Leicester City

Forgetting the non-challenge on Luke Ayling, Okoli has done all right at right back. He is deployed in a hybrid position and is generally helping the defence solidify but hasn't been ideal. Maybe that's why LCFC are said to be keen to offload him:

"It is believed that Leicester City are unlikely to reject any approaches, even if Okoli has played 11 Championship games this season."
