All in all, the general consensus appears to be that Leicester City were the better side in their M69 derby against Coventry City. The West Midlands team travelled the short distance to face the Fearless Foxes on Saturday lunchtime. Again, the early Championship kick-off (the Premier League suffers from the same affliction) failed to provide as much cutting moments, composure or clinical finishes as you see in other fixtures. Unfortunately due to LCFC's draw (excuse another bad pun) in the division, we can expect many more televised games and peculiar or unfortunate starts.

Though the home support appeared content with the amount of chances their club created, not to mention efforts on show. Yet the comments I have seen and members of the Blue Army fan base I have spoken to seem to believe something is still missing or not right in manager Marti Cifuentes' XI. The former Queens Park Rangers head coach has himself pinpointed where his men must improve. Let's see what the gaffer had to say after missing out on two points.

A stalemate from a match with a rival, who happen to be a decent outfit too, is never a bad outcome. Although Cifuentes was slightly disappointed; that is technically the reaction you want from a determined boss.

However, the Catalan also praised his team for improving and providing him with some "answers". Though Cifuentes also pointed to consistency as an element the lineup can aim for.

"I'm a bit disappointed not to get the three points, especially at home. But we got some answers and definitely, in terms of the performance, steps forward in many areas."

The 43-year-old would also like his players to avoid the high press with more efficiency. Again, a cutting edge was absent he says, as I mentioned previously.

"They are a good team, but perhaps we just missed this last edge in the last third."

Cifuentes was ultimately pleased with creativeness, but not decisive situations. I would presume that Julian Carranza will soon start in an attempt to resolve issues in attack.

"We had the situations [to score] and I'd be much more worried if we weren't creating those, but in football if you don't score the chances you don't get much."
