Leicester City have unfortunately been hit with a triple injury blow prior to the vital West Bromwich Albion game. This is not ideal preparation for Enzo Maresca's already fragile Foxes. However, there is also one huge boost for the King Power team as they prepare to take on a rival Midlands club. In addition to examining LCFC fitness updates, Foxes of Leicester take a look at the Baggies squad as well.

Every match in the Championship run-in is a cup final for Leicester City. You better believe me when I say that the same can be applied to Ipswich Town, Leeds United, Southampton and the rest of the hovering play-off placed teams. Six or seven outfits in the English second division could still be relegated as well. Therefore a host of clubs in the league have everything to play for.

City have been criticised by fans and pundits for so-called 'bottling', which some of us at Foxes of Leicester find a bit harsh. To say the least. To be fair to Leicester manager Enzo Maresca, he does have the east Midlanders at the summit of tier two and deserves much credit. Well, LCFC are currently second to Ipswich.

Although, the Foxes have a game in hand over the Tractor Boys and are only one point behind. Victory at home puts Maresca's men on top of the division once more for at least a week. A potential psychological advantage there as well? Leicester could do with some buoyancy in any way obtainable following a few really poor displays and results. Will the Italian at the helm make some alterations and tweak his system? No, that scenario is unlikely.

What about the state of the Leicester City roster?

Sadly there is a problem for LCFC's boss to overcome selection-wise due to a trio of star players being doubtful to feature. Defender/inverted fullback Ricardo Pereira, midfield leader Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Foxes icon Jamie Vardy are the three in question. Besides the bad news is some a positive update: Kasey McAteer is back in contention to play against WBA.

What injuries do West Bromwich Albion have ahead of visiting Leicester City's King Power Stadium for a Championship clash on Saturday lunchtime?

Gaffer Carlos Corberan will be without Josh Maja from the start, though the striker could come on as a substitute. forward Brandon Thomas-Asante is suspended. FoL predict a Leicester win by a fine margin.
