Leicester scout Brazilian as ex-Fox tips Foxes star to sign for EPL club
Leicester City are said to be scouting a Brazilian goal-machine, in an interesting story. Irrespective of whether or not the east Midlands side gain promotion to the Premier League, they will apparently go for the signing of Jeh. In addition to speaking on that rumour, Foxes of Leicester comment as ex-Fox Dion Dublin tips Foxes star Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall to sign for top-flight club Fulham.
You might think that Leicester require another striker at the moment. One who can score on a regular basis. You wouldn't be wrong. Although, don't count out Tom Cannon quite yet; if and when Enzo Maresca gives the former Everton youngster a proper chance, he may be prolific. You never know.
Meanwhile, the Foxes are supposedly tracking another forward ahead of a potential transfer in the summer. Website Filbert Way, claim that LCFC scout Sean St. Ledger flew to Brazil to assess the highly rated Jeh. The centreforward has netted 16 goals for Ponte Preta during this campaign. City are reportedly 'keeping tabs'.
Dion Dublin on Leicester City midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
That's right, Dublin reckons Dewsbury-Hall would be an ideal fit with a certain EPL team. That club is Fulham, to he precise. Well, I think KDH would suit, say, Tottenham Hotspur. But I try not to think about it. As a member of the Blue Army, I would much prefer the talented 25-year-old to remain at King Power Stadium.
Obviously the vast majority, if not the entire Foxes fan base, would probably agree with me on that one! Dewsbury-Hall has, once again, been one of the true standout performers of LCFC's seasons - as he was in others. Since breaking into Leicester's starting lineup a few years ago, the busy technician has really made himself undroppable to any City manager worth his salt.
Therefore it would be a real shame for the east Midlands outfit if they were to relinquish the midfield man. Dewsbury-Hall is one Fox who is definitely of Premier League calibre. I am not saying that many on the contemporary roster aren't of EPL standard. Yet strengthening is needed over the offseason, if Leicester make it back to the promised land.
So, what did fairly popular football pundit Dublin say about KDH, who is linked with a move regardless of the Leicestershire club's status in 2024/25? Let's see:
"Just look at how good Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has been. When you're talking about players that have interest in them, he could be someone that ends up back in the Premier League with a club like Fulham or someone else if Leicester go up or not."
