The date has been revealed for the Leicester City squad’s hotly anticipated move to their new state-of-the-art training ground.

Foxes of Leicester have been looking forward to this news – the brand new, state-of-the-art training facility of Leicester’s at Seagrave now has an opening date. Brendan Rodgers, his staff and the Foxes squad will switch bases on Wednesday, December 9.

Manager Rodgers said the “amazing” practice ground upgrade will be “incredible” for the Leicester players. Who will enjoy better, rapid, modern recovery sessions, thanks to: pools, hydropools and cryotherapy. Although the transition will be challenging for the boss, he says the players are excited. Not to mention himself being enthused by the opportunity.

Rodgers also claimed in the not too distant past that the new training ground – which is apparently world-class, to rival any club’s – will attract fresh, improved talent to the team. FoL sees impressive aspects such as this one benefitting the King Power outfit further by helping to keep the most prized assets on the roster.

Additionally, the site includes a professional level golf course, along with many high standard playing pitches.
