Is it any surprise that the well-organised and highflying Leicester City squad is being eyed by huge clubs?! This time it’s a talented youngster.

That’s right, Leicester City stars are wanted men! It’ll be even more unsurprising when the planet’s most well-known teams are targeting the manager, too.

That is because, overall, Brendan Rodgers is doing a fantastic job for the Foxes. With regards to points, it’s factual that the Northern Irishman is a leader. Bettering Claudio Ranieri’s record in the process.

Yet the most affected areas touched by the boss are mindset, man management and match scheming. These aspects have propelled the gaffer to a status of almost revolutionary proportion on Filbert Way.

What I mean by that is Rodgers has transformed a mentality of Premier League survival being sufficient – 2015/16 being the exception that proves the rule – helping his roster to unlock their collective potential. And, most importantly, he’s improved the quality of play dramatically in order to acquire more victories.

Leicester City starlet wanted by Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Juventus

Why I chose to reference the exceptional tenure of the former Celtic gaffer, is because many observers will have foreseen quality incoming. From my prospective, it felt profound when he arrived at King Power Stadium. However, there are drastically negative side effects of having success at a club this size.

Great White Sharks, so to speak, are circling for young Leicester talent. In fact, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Celtic and Juventus are apparently after Sidnei Tavares, according to The Sun.

Trending. Signing imminent as player leaves on loan. light

Leicester travel to Stoke City for a cup match on Saturday, January 9 at 3pm GMT. Rodgers is likely to rotate or rest his core personnel. Though, Foxes of Leicester predicts that one leader such as Jonny Evans, Wilfred Ndidi or Jamie Vardy will begin the clash for extra experience. Having never lifted the FA Cup, it is arguably the most coveted accolade for Foxes fans.
